Sade

Sade received her teacher certification in India three years ago and has been sharing the practice of yoga across the globe since . Sade initially trained in the ashtanga vinyasa tradition and went on to further study other lineages such as Iyengar , hatha, and vipassana meditation. This can be seen in her classes through a diverse way of intelligent and mindful movement.

Tea drinking, chocolate eating, hula hooping yogi and forever student brought to Paris by love (of course) and her passion for dance and circus arts.
Her vinyasa class is a creative, dynamic, and harmonious flow of movement led by breath and mindfulness accessible for all levels. She offers a practice to strengthen and awaken BodyMind.

Her restorative classes are Iyengar based infused with Buddhist meditation techniques with long held restoring poses calming the central nervous system and monkey mind!

Everything is in constant change and yoga is a way of living, guiding us through this. A practice of love.
"Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured" B.K.S Iyengar.

Sade is currently not teaching any regular classes with us.

Sade instructs the following:
  • Hatha Flow Yoga - 60 min
  • CLASS DESCRIPTION
This Hatha Flow class will focus on the breath, proper alignment of postures, and simple, yet dynamic transitions to strengthen the physical body and calm the mind. Intensely focused postures with modifications for every level, and a deeply relaxing cool-down will be offered. This class could be considered the merging point between the traditional Hatha (static) and Vinyasa (fluid) offerings.
This class is held in English, most of our teachers do speak some French, don't hesitate to ask for help understanding.
