MANDALA SEQUENCE WORKSHOP

Mandala Sequencing is an energizing and fun practice where we move in a circular rotation 360° around our mats. This practice takes us on a beautiful journey through yoga and movement meditation focusing on the breath, intuitive movement and our own inner power. We will be moving in a slow and juicy Vinyasa practice, embracing the energies of the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) to enhance the practice. We will attune to the sense of touch and sound in a fluid and wavelike expression. Mandala Flow can be a beautiful way to flow unhindered by thoughts and difficulties, to move from within, and to express emotions and joy in a dance-like practice. Mandala Flow will give you the means to experience effortlessness, a deep entrainment of the body’s own rhythms, and to deeply connect to your inner yogi!
The workshop will start with a heart opening candle-light meditation, then a slow and deep warm up, finally moving to the mandala sequence around our mats.
Open to all levels, this workshop will give you an introduction to slow flow, elemental yoga and mandala flow. You will come away with a basic sequence to practice on your own that encourages the joy of listening to your body and developing connection to your inner desires and expression.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. The exercises will be practiced barefoot.
WHAT TO BRING
- Personal yoga/fitness mat (there are no mats available to borrow in the space) - Water bottle
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Louise Cutler is originally from England, where she grew up in beautiful Cornwall. She followed an intensive 200h classical yoga teacher training in Spain in 2013 where she learned the basics of alignment and asana, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques and meditation.
In 2015, Louise followed one of her inspiring teachers in a ten week ayurveda course, the Dinacharya, where she discovered the basics of ayurveda and how to bring it into everyday life to live a more peaceful, happy and healthy life. She has also studied crystal healing, Korean relaxation massage and Reiki.
In her own practice, Louise enjoys the natural mix of subtle and dynamic movement. Being on her mat and listening to her body and practicing what it asks for. She especially loves the energy created in a slow, mindful, expansive flow which balances both the body, the mind and the more subtle elements of the self.
As much as possible Louise moves from the heart when on the mat, she also reminds herself regularly to smile and have fun! In the past few years, breath work and mantra have eased themselves into her practice, as well as self massage and gratitude.

Refunds will be available as Affordable Yoga & Fitness account credit up until 72 hours (or 3 days) before the scheduled workshop. No refunds of any form will be given after this deadline. Cancellation and refund requests may be sent to email@example.com. "Early Canceling" the workshop yourself 60 minutes or more before the start time will not reinstate your credit. You must directly contact Support to request this action.
Low Attendance Cancellation Policy: There must be 4 or more participants registered for this workshop 48 hours (or 2 days) before it is scheduled to take place. If not, we will need to cancel the workshop. In this case, you will be notified of the cancellation and you will be refunded in the form of Affordable Yoga & Fitness account credit that can be used towards future workshops, or any of our classes and services.
